Wellbeing is the biggest barrier to learning and is the key to unlocking young people's full potential.
1 out of every 3 young people in the UK struggles with their wellbeing, while the availability of mental health services falls far short of meeting the demand. Simultaneously, teachers find themselves facing unprecedented levels of stress and strain, leading to a significant number of educators opting to leave the profession.
At GLUU, we are deeply dedicated to supporting school community wellbeing, and for us it’s personal.
Our founder, Sean Gardner (founder of the Trauma Response Network (TRN)) survived the 2017 Manchester Arena terror attack. This harrowing experience deepened his understanding of the crucial role mental health services play in recovery and healing, and solidified his commitment to ensuring that no student should face their struggles alone, and that access to support should never be a barrier.
We have integrated this profound understanding and passion into the very fabric of our Solutions. We strive to offer comprehensive and accessible wellbeing and mental health services to all students and schools. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive and overcome life’s challenges.

Accessibility is a core value we hold dear; we are committed to breaking down barriers and making our services available to all students, regardless of their circumstances. By working closely with schools, we aim to implement affordable and scalable solutions that empower students to access the support they need, when they need it most.
We are here to support and guide students towards a brighter future, ensuring that wellbeing remains at the heart of everything we do.
