Positive Feedback and DocuSign

December is always a busy time in schools: ‘Elves on the Shelves’ make their annual return to classrooms, classes prepare performances for Nativity shows and teachers frantically try to fit in everything that the National Curriculum requires. At GLUU, we are always looking for ways that we can reduce staff workload, especially at this time of year. With this in mind, we are pleased to be implementing DocuSign at Eaton Primary School. DocuSign is predominantly used by businesses to ensure critical documents remain up to date and checked by members of the team (including Governors), as well as being an automated system. At Eaton, it will be used by the staff to reduce emails like the example below:
Dear Staff,
Please find attached a copy of our behaviour policy for 2019 – 2020. Please could you print it off, sign it, scan it and return to me please?
After more positive feedback from pupils and parents, it is pleasing to see how Microsoft 365 is being used by pupils at home. Feedback has been amazing.
Our target this week is to start working with Key Stage 1 classes. In Year 1 pupils are learning about the Victorians, so on Wednesday I am taking children on a journey to an old Victorian town using Inspire Education (@InspirePrimary) to teach the differences between upper class, middle class and lower class citizens.
We are looking forward to sharing our solutions with all year groups.
