Lighter Nights

The second of the Spring half term is always a productive time of year in a school; the nights are growing lighter and the weather improving. Children are that little bit older and are beginning to look forward to moving up a year, knowing they are more than half way through the current academic year.
As for GLUU, it is business as usual! We are continuing our work with both Eaton and Tarvin Primary Schools in order to build a comprehensive case study for the outcomes and benefit of EdTech use in Primary Schools. In addition, we are beginning to branch out to other Cheshire based schools through the wonderful Inspire Education (@InspirePrimary) resource. With a trial taking place in several successful Cheshire-based schools, I am looking forward to working with staff towards embedding this solution within their curriculum.
Another one of our solutions, the assessment-based Coscole, is being implemented at Eaton Primary School this half term. With the help of the Assessment Lead at the school, GLUU is ensuring the system has been adapted suitably for the primary setting and will manage the day-to-day running. This solution will reduce the half-termly assessment workload for teachers as well as providing more precise judgements for all subjects.
