With schools seemingly moving towards closure, GLUU’s efforts are focused on ensuring our home-learning package is ready for use imminently. Our comprehensive learning document will be available soon accompanied by instructional videos for the use of Microsoft Teams. Staff at Eaton and Tarvin Primary Schools are trialling this method of learning and are pleased with how it is reducing their workload.

 

Elsewhere, On Monday, I had the pleasure of working with some of the staff of Hartford Primary School (@HartfordPrimary) on their use of Inspire Education (@InspirePrimary). During the training, we looked at some of the new planning documentation, knowledge organisers and learning web. The curriculum lead at the school was excited to introduce Inspire across all in year groups in their Topic lessons focussing on units such as: Romans, Vikings and Egyptians.
